Terms & Conditions

These Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets sold by I Dream of Sugar Ltd. (“IDOS,” “we,” “us,” “our”) for events, experiences, activations, and/or admissions (“Events”).
By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms.
1) Ticket Sales and Admission
- Tickets may be purchased online, in-store, or via approved third-party platforms (“Sales Channels”).
- A valid ticket is required for entry unless otherwise stated.
- Entry is subject to capacity, safety requirements, and compliance with venue rules and these Terms.
- IDOS reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for safety, security, or policy violations (see Section 9).
2) Booking Confirmation
- Your booking is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation (email/receipt) containing an order number or proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for ensuring your booking details are accurate (name, date, time, quantity, contact info).
3) Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
- Ticket prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may include or exclude applicable taxes/fees depending on the Sales Channel.
- Any additional processing fees charged by payment providers or ticketing platforms are non-refundable unless required by law or unless IDOS states otherwise.
4) Payment and Fraud Prevention
- Payments must be completed in full at checkout.
- IDOS may cancel or hold orders suspected of fraud, misuse, unauthorized payment activity, or policy violations.
- Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and a valid ID at entry.
5) Refunds and Cancellations (6-Hour Refund Window)
- All tickets can be refunded if cancelled within 6 hours of booking.
- The 6-hour window begins immediately when the purchase is confirmed.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the 6-hour window and will be processed based on the time the request is received.
6) Rescheduling Policy (After 6 Hours: No Refunds)
- If cancellation is not within 6 hours of booking, tickets are not refundable.
- After 6 hours, customers may reschedule to another available date (subject to availability and capacity).
- Rescheduling is generally allowed one time per ticket, unless IDOS approves otherwise.
- If the rescheduled date has a different price, IDOS may require payment of the difference or apply credit at its discretion.
7) How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
To request a refund (within 6 hours) or reschedule (after 6 hours), email: hello@idreamofsugar.com with:
- Full name on booking
- Order/confirmation number
- Event name and original date/time
- Request type (refund or reschedule) and preferred new date/time (if rescheduling)
IDOS may request additional information to verify the booking.
8) Event Changes, Postponements, and Cancellation by IDOS
- IDOS may change Event details (including time, programming, performers, format, or venue) when reasonably necessary.
- If IDOS cancels an Event or makes a material change that prevents attendance, IDOS will provide a remedy, which may include rescheduling or refund, as determined by IDOS for that Event and in line with applicable law and platform rules.
- Travel, accommodation, and related expenses are your responsibility unless IDOS explicitly states otherwise.
9) Conduct, Safety, and Venue Rules
- You agree to behave responsibly and comply with all posted rules and staff instructions.
- IDOS may refuse entry or remove any person for:
- Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior
- Intoxication (where relevant)
- Harassment, threats, or violence
- Property damage or theft
- Attempts to bypass ticketing or security
- Removed guests may not be eligible for a refund.
10) Age Requirements
- Some Events may have age restrictions or require adult supervision.
- Where age limits apply, entry may require valid government-issued ID.
11) Ticket Validity, Transfers, and Resale
- Tickets are valid only for the Event date/time stated on the ticket (unless rescheduled by IDOS).
- Unless IDOS states otherwise, tickets are not valid if duplicated, altered, obtained fraudulently, or resold in violation of these Terms.
- IDOS may void tickets sold or transferred through unauthorized channels.
12) Late Arrival and No-Shows
- Late arrival may result in delayed entry or denial of entry where capacity or programming requires it.
- No-shows are not refundable (unless required by law or explicitly offered by IDOS for a specific Event).
13) Photography, Video, and Media Release
- Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed and for your likeness to be used for IDOS marketing and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- If you have concerns, notify staff at entry (reasonable efforts will be made, but cannot be guaranteed in crowded environments).
14) Accessibility
If you need accessibility accommodations, contact hello@idreamofsugar.com in advance. We’ll do our best to support requests where reasonably possible.
15) Limitation of Liability
- Attendance is at your own risk.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDOS is not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to personal property
- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond IDOS’s control
- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16) Force Majeure
IDOS is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, power/network failures, public health emergencies, acts of God).
17) Privacy
Any personal information collected through ticket purchases is used for fulfilling orders, customer support, and communications relating to your booking, in accordance with applicable privacy obligations and IDOS internal practices.
18) Intellectual Property
All IDOS branding, logos, designs, and Event content are owned by or licensed to IDOS. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission.
19) Changes to These Terms
IDOS may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or a platform requirement.
20) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in The Bahamas, and disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts/venues of The Bahamas unless otherwise required by law.
